My answer is yes I have he was 3 1/2 when I met his mom. For a year and a half I did everything with him took him to the park for hours, spend every moment ( I even seem to spend more time with him then his own mom ) I could with him giving him love and affection which he also gave me. He was my ex room mates son. She moved out because she broke up with her GF who also lives with me. And I never get to see him anymore and it tears my heart because we did love each other and he loved being with me. :(

yes, a little boy, from age 3 months to 3 yrs, his parents were on drugs, and we did everything for him, later on his mom went into rehab and he now lives with her, I don't get to see him anymore and I didnt even get a thank you from his parents. At least I know I did a good job when I had him.

Yes, a set of twins. The girls were 6 when I meet them. I had a job in the same school they attended. The next year I was transfered. They stole my heart. I miss them more than I could say. There is not a day goes by that I don't think of them.

Yes it has happen to me, but when that happens I say to m self, that person is no longer in my life because they got what they needed from me, was it hope to love, or to have a friend, a BF, or who knows but the thing is when tha person needs me again that person will show up
