Finlandia is the favorite one around here in Puerto Rico. I like it with Cranberry or Orange Juice.

Hangar One Vodka is by far the best I've ever tasted!!! http://www.hangarone.com/ Citron "Buddha's Hand" is wonder on ice with by itself. Also, I've used the Mandarin Blossom in some cocktails I mixed at Christmas: 1 part Stirrings Pomegranate mixer, 1 part HangarOne Mandarin Blossom vodka, a splash of orange juice, shaken with ice. Served in a martini glass, garnished with an orange slice and sour tangerine rimmer. My friends and family went wild over them!

Monopolowa (mono po low vah) Sold at Trader Joes here in california. Its imported from russia; very smooth, slightly sweet and quite strong.

I buy whatever brand is on sale - its not like skyy is WAY different from, say, a generic store brand. They all taste horrible, and all produce similar results.

Here it is, 2008, and I'm just trying Skyy Vodka...what a beautiful aroma, fresh, lighter than watermelon, cut grass, but similar to ozone scent...I made a lemon martini...tried various things, i.e., fresh lemon, frozen lemon concentrate, and settled on Limoncello di Capri in shaker w/Skyy Vodka...wow... wow...shake vigorously, then pour into martini glass...garnish w/thin slice of lemon, add a maraschino cherry w/stem, of course, for beauty...and, again, wow... It is actually quite different from Smirnoff distilled...big-bucks, better try this version of vodka... skyy is so much smoother, softer, and doesn't take like rubbing etoh...YIKES...etoh = alcohol, medical terminology :) Give it a go...and their website is ultra cool :) Homepage, http://www.skyy.com/ Sitemap, http://www.skyy.com/site_map.php Enjoy!!!
