    It's a recipe I invented myself. I call them "Cookie Steaks." Thick, rich and chewy and chocolatey. You can't eat more than two in a sitting. I promise. ^_^

    I make an espresso chocolate cookie, kind of soft that is great as the outsides of an ice cream sandwich, especially with French Silk Ice cream. My favorites!
