My shoulderbelt only retracts on the passenger side of my 1990 Acura Integra 2dr. hatchback, where do I start looking?

Start in the Yellow Pages. Look under Auto Dealers and find an Acura dealer in your area. If you're not confident enough to just grab a service manual and dive into this, you don't have the necessary skills to repair it yourself. The one thing you could do is see if Fuse #36 (30 Amp) is blown. If it is, replace it. If that makes everything work, great. If not, have a dealer look at it. Good luck

Look and see if the wires are rotted or not connected.

More than likely the belt is twisted down in the reel onto which it retracts. I've had this happen before. You have to pull the belt out full length and untwist it.
