Loreal sunless tanner is sparkly and gives your skin a natural, "summery" glow. Victoria's Secret usually has some sparkly moisturizers for the summer too.

Try Aveeno Absolutely Radiant body lotion. It makes your skin really soft and has these glittery, sparkly bits in it.
