  • Have you talked to her? Did something happen? If she is that late without a good reason, call it a day, and move on.
  • After an hour I'd be calling and if all she had was some goof ball excuse like my sister-in-law and tell her "I'm dropping it off and if you're there you're there, if not hope it doesn't rain." And you have every right to feel thst way because that's what happened.
  • Is this a habit of hers or is it the first time it's happened? If it's a habit, I don't think you'd be rude in telling her you've got other plans to be getting on with. If it's the first time, then there could be something wrong. I'd have thought she'd have called you to let you know either she's going to be late or she's not coming after all. It's possible she's been in an accident and is not able to contact you.
