Your shots will naturally get more powerful as you continue to develop, but if you want to improve your shot power, there are a few things you can do. Always remember to kick the ball with the top of your foot when you want to hit a powerful shot. Make sure to keep yourself balanced and remember to keep your leg straight when striking the ball, because if your leg bends even slightly, you'll lose power. Finally, always follow through your shot with your foot.

to help give you that truely explosive shot, throw your whole body into the shot by leaping into the shot placing your standing foot next to the ball and letting your momentum give that additional power. i also find that a deep breath when you're anticipating a volley and then breathing out heavily when striking the ball really gives u that extra power (timed breathing is used in powerlifting for exposive actions). And as for technique and accuracy there aren't any secrets, it's just a matter of practice. The more shots you hit the better you get a feel for the ball and the shots will become more instinctive and precise.
