  • Can I? Absolutly. Would I like to? No way!
  • TV yes but I would not be able to answer your question without the computer!
  • TV? Easily. I already do live without a television. Other than being around someone watching it, in which case I get away as soon as is polite, I have not watched television in about 2-3 years. Computer? Not so easy. I thought I would go into withdrawals, however, I learned it is not so courtesy of dodgy internet during this move. I would go a bit buggy if I did not have the music stored on my computer.
  • People have been able to live without either for thousands of years. So, the strict answer would be yes. However, since our reliance on computers in every day life is now to the point of being over-reliance, certainly in the developed world, if all the computers were suddenly lost, there would be a large number of deaths as a result I would think. Think of air traffic alone, the sudden loss of air traffic control would be catastrophic. I would think that there would be contingency plans, but these would no doubt include diversion to still functioning airports, which in this case could not occur.
  • Yes. Television I rarely watch. And I get almost nothing out of computers, except access to the internet and other sources. People decades ago could manage, and come up with ways to entertain themselves.
  • Not without serious change of my life. It's everything for my line of work.
  • I could. I would read books and develop my drawing and art talents and abilities. i would write letters and send them in the snail mail. I would need the usps mail.
  • oh yeah. i dont need it.
  • I go for months at a time without watching t.v. The only exception is watching the occasional movie with my kids.
  • TV is outdated lol. The real question is, could you live without the internet for a month? ;p
  • yes easily....theres never anything on anyways. Nothing except talking heads who are trying to force-feed me their political views or someone trying to sell me something and somehwere in between all that are some lame shows that suck ass. Yes I would have no problem with giving up tv forever.
  • Easily
  • yes i was half way there the other day. lol
  • I have lived without it for a whole year.
  • I could matter a fact I did live for more than 6 months. ASs soon as I am up I am off to work, right after work I always have something to do whether it is hanging out with friends, going to the gym, wandering around the mall, reading at the park or on the couch, catching a movie or surfing the net, checking and replying my mails or juts relaxing. I barely have time for tv.
  • Yes I could easily. I'm sure it would be harder for me to live w/out the internet for a month.
  • totally but not beer or AB
  • Hell yeah but I can't live 1 second without the internet.
  • I lived perfectly fine without TV for a year, a month would be no problem!
  • yes, absolutely
  • I'm sure that I could do it. Whenever I'm visiting my hometown I never once turn on the TV, I'm always out doing other things.
  • noway hoozay. i would break in someones apartment and steal their tv.
  • I could do it, of course. We had an ice storm in January that took down electricity and cable. It's amazing what you learn to live without! +4
  • I don't think it would be a problem. It would be a problem to live without my computer for a month.
  • I've lived without TV for most of my life.
  • I've lived without cable, satelite, etc. for five years now. I'm simply not home often enough to justify the expense and when I am home I'm usually on-line or otherwise occupied. If you mean without TV totally, that too would not be too big of an issue. I enjoy renting a good movie every now and again but its not a critical requirement.
  • Sure, i do not need it to live.
