Depending on the condition of the muscles before you started working out and on how intense the reps you are doing are, you will probably notice a small hardening of the muscles within 3 work outs. But it is a slow process so you probably wont notice it as much as someone that only sees you once a month would! Good luck :)

When you start working out, you typically won't notice a difference in the way your body LOOKS for about a month. That's if you're working out for at least 4 hours per week. You may FEEL that your muscles are getting tighter, but you won't actually SEE any results for a while.

I think generally two weeks and you should be really noticing the difference. But TRUElY, food intake is 80% of the game. Dont forget to eat how you need to build muscle and lose fat.
