They could meet with their school counselor or perhaps getting them to see a therapist might be the best approach since they would be able to interact with trained professionals who might be better capable to deal with these issues than say a parent or another adult who is not as well qualified.
Start with parents being awake.

There needs to be a drastic change in the media...(people need to be embracing whats real not whats photoshopped)...and also in the way we raise our kids...(If we give our kids a solid sense of self-respect and self-worth, it wont matter what others think)...
It sounds so good in theory doesnt it...it's a big job though! ;)
To show them what anorexic models REALLY look like underneath their clothes. The fancy designer wardrobe is worn in such a way that it hides their unattractive skeleton-showing figure.
I guess we needed to maintain our intake of food we needed to control how many that we should take. We needed to teach them on how to properly eat right. I think we needed to teach this kind of food control in our education cause many of the children or teenager has an eating disorder.
