You live in a city, somewhere in the world, that country has
lots of rules, laws, regulations. There is something to do
every night.

Yeah! Points over there is like money. And you have to earn it by getting your answers rated "best answer".

AND you can vote for your own answers as "Best Answer"!
It usually takes about 3 to 4 days before a Q is considered "In Voting".

Not to mention their ridiculous and unreasonable moderators. I asked a question which, while controversial, violated none of their guidelines. It was simply "Do you believe in hell? And if so, how have you learned to cope with this belief?". That violates NONE of their guidelines. Well, someone on there for whatever reason decided this question was too controversial, so rather than doing the reasonable thing and moving on to another question, they reported me, and YA had my question removed and sent me a violation notice saying it had been removed because it was "not a question or answer". Don't ask me how "Do you believe in hell?" does not qualify as a question. It even has a question mark and everything! Anyway, I will switch to Answer Bag permanently and hope the same sort of fascism does not go on here.

I know!! It's terrible to be reprimanded for being curious!! And plus, it takes forever for someone to answer your questions! With AB, you get answers almost instantly, and i like that. And you don't get points taken away for asking questions. Another bonus is that people aren't plastic, and for the most part are more thourough with ther responses. Great sense of community as well 8o)

I am myself a yahoo answers refugee, it's even in my name. I have to spend more time here to see if it's better or not though. I like the fact that you can comment other answers without getting violated though.
by yahoorefugee on November 29th, 2008
Oh trust us, it's better here, at AB. You can ask freely, and you wont get points deducted.
