In 90% of all cases they will engage in combat after sexual maturity. Male iguanas can generally become more aggressive after sexual maturity towards their owners as well. This is something to consider before bringing home that cute little 11" lizard form the pet store. You may end up with 6' of biting, scratching, tail-whipping, hormonally charged lizard on your hands before too long. That being said, some iguanas make excellent pets and companions, but males will usually fight. Hope this helps...

no. not unless you can afford HUGE vet bills and arent sqeemish of LOTS of blood BEST advice securely keep out of line sight from eachother. they are very territorial.
