Do sit up's with a wieght. I normally perform my sit ups with a 20kg plate on top of my chest holding it firmly with both arms over it, securing it so that it doesn't move and hit me in the face, lol or that I may drop it. However this must be done with caution as you may hurt yourself if the exercise is carried out incorrectly and with no patience. By doing this, your abdominals will pack on abit more bulk. Also I recommend that you intake a protien shake AFTER your work outs to help develop muscle growth.
