My daughter has a large dot on her forehead from being stuck by a pencil. How can I remove this?

    i was stuck in the leg by a pencil, while in the 6th grade. the lead came out, but left a pencil dot in my leg. that was 45 yrs. ag o and its still there. light cosmetic surgery is probably in order or makeup for the rest of your life. it will not go away. would it qualify as a "beauty" mark?
