  • 1. Call your bank and tell them you have tried cancelling the service several times and they are still charging you. They will probably issue you a credit and keep them from charging you . 2. Call them again get names and positions-threaten them to BBB. GO to "Account & Billing" online and try to can cell that way follow up with a call.
  • Good luck. I tried and got bounced between three different numbers... and then had to repeat it again when they refused to cancel my AOL account and tried charging my (then closed) checking account... and again 3 months after that. They never even issued a letter saying the charges were made in error; they rescinded the charges but the bank still stuck me with over $100 in overdraft fees. There are enough class-action suits against them that threatening them with the BBB won't work. They are the Walmart of the internet; too rich and too big to care what us mere mortals can try to do to them. Barring tracking down the high muck-a-mucks in the company and kicking them in the nuts repeatedly, there is nothing that CAN be done. Call whatever number. It won't work.
