It may take some time, but building a little frenchfry cabin might be fun! Use toothpicks to hold it together.

I'd make him a necklace stringing them together maybe with cherry tomatoes (the ketchup) in between the fries. If you've ever seen Survivor, kind of like an immunity necklace.

You could arrange them tastefully in little vases. You could also use them as pull for ceiling fan chaines, drapes, etc, though that's more practical than decorative.
