go to the place where you got it done and ask them to help you.

If the piercing is 10 months old, you can tug the ring a bit without it hurting, correct? Try a pair of pliers with a rubber band wrapped around the ends to make it easier to grip onto the ball. Try twisting it. If that doesn't work you can definitely go into any piercing place, doesn't have to be the place you got it, and they can loosen it for you. They are probably more gutsy when it comes to getting it off so they will get that sucker off.

Wear latex gloves. That usually gives you the grip you need. If all else fails, return to the piercer.

Clean it, have a bath, then try. The water might have loosened whatever was stopping it from undoing. Un do it to the right (if i remember right). Also its easier to undo when your lying down. But just dont loose the ball!

go back to the shop where you had it pierced. they should be happy to help you.

I have mine done, i find if you put your index finger at the front, and then your thumb at the back, then twist anti clock wise, it should be easier to undo it.I had to do this a few times though, as the piercer had done it up very tight!
