I don't know what causes stuttering, but I do know that for some instances, a tongue ring placed toward the back of the tongue solves the problem, as was the case for a close friend of mine.

Your tongue is not in the right spot? I don't understand. Try a speech therapist. I have a cousin who stuttered and it worked wondrs for him, over time.
