There is very little point in asking your question on this site, particularly at this time of day when most users on-line are American. Most of them have only a vague idea of who Tony Blair is and those that do know probably believe that Tony Blair's sole function is to support the USA as rapidly and efficiently as they believe they supported the United Kingdom in the past. Long live the special relationship!

Good for England, I believe. And he predated George W. Bush by a number of years and did without him very well.

The relationship between Bush and Blair, in my opinion, has been a great hindrence on the 'War on Terror'. The general british public belives that Bush has been playing Blair as a puppet, and this surely will go down in Blair's apparently ever so important 'legacy'. But of course, the general ignorant american will not know this, due to the semi-comunist state where they abide.

He was great at the beginning, got wobbly in the middle and in the end he crashed and burned.

To make your question viable it must make sense.
