One could locally manipulate it easily, but there is absolutely no way to manipulate the source code of a site for everyone who sees it, in short of completely hacking the server or with injection. If you want to locally edit it for your computer, grab the "Web Developer" extension for Firefox as well as the "Firebug" one.
