I'm not at all uneasy. If I hadn't become born-again and received the gift of the Holy Spirit to reside in my heart, I would most likely be dead by now. I have lived a very precarious and at times, dangerous life. Also it's not true that all will be saved. Scripture is very clear that many will be cast into the Lake Of Fire for eternity. And the reason for that being, they have completely rejected Christ.
