there are a few different ways. USB/data cable: If you phone has a data cable or usb cable you can hook your phone directly to the pc as a "removable disk". Bluetooth: If your phone is bluetooth enabled, and you have access to a computer that is bluetooth enabled, you can synch the two by hitting "search for new devices" on the phone, then when you find the device hit "synch" and type in a pin (just use something simple like 1111) and then type it in on the computer. Web download: If your phone has a web browser, you can always use a site like http://mobile17.com or http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/index.php where you get a link sent to your phone with which you can download the ringtone. This is all assuming that you have a phone that is new enough to hold ring tones. some phones only enable "midi" files which are the beepy ones. For real lyrics it has to be Mp3 enabled. Using the web browser may cost you fees if you don't have an internet plan though. hope this helps
