Get hold of the person who sprayed it on there by the ear, and make them clean it up with a toothbrush and their spit. That'l teach the little bugger a lesson :P

Use a power washer with a concentrated spray. My daughter got a hold of a paint can when she was younger and painted our driveway. The power washer worked but was a lot of work to get it off.

im in the same dilemma, although i 'accidently' spraypainted much of the surface of my school balcony. now im in the sh*t and im gonna try oven cleaner tomorrow. i con only pray it works!

You can also try turpentine from the hardware store, but the paint thinner is about the same thing. My husband uses muraitic (probably spelled wrong) acid, but you have to be really careful with this stuff as it is ACID and just flies through the air. He uses it on a lot of things. He remodels and knows exactly how much and how to do it, but you have to be very cautious.
