  • The contrapositive of bad.
  • Truth Humility Fairness Love Innocence Creativity Forgiveness Understanding Cold Beer
  • God is good and the things that He has given us are good: Life, love, friends, family, talents, a purpose to live, salvation through and by His Son Jesus Christ, hope, peace, food and water, a roof above our heads, air to breathe, a beutiful earth to live on and the beuty of nature and creation. I also believe that science is good if it is used for the right purposes and not against God. This is what I say is good. I could name plenty of other things that the Lord has given us, but then...well... that would take a long, long time and probably go over the whole page.
  • Cake is good!
  • As I explained in another post, good is a construct of humans. It is what we have used to define someone/thing that follows the rules and morals of society. We base these morals on little instinct and mainly on the aversion of pain. It used to be only physical but it broadened to financial and then mental/social. I find it funny in a society of people who believe in free will and equality, they put money before themselves. Ha!
  • Cold beer with Chinese take-out.
  • Life is good.
  • This can be subjective, but if you broaden the question to what is universal good, then it becomes a tad bit more complicated at first glance. Good is a combination of having mercy and not creating suffering or lessening suffering. Also my spin on it is that anything that helps survival we tend to agree with.. For example people who defend in self defense, stealing when one is starving (we may still say he broke the law BUT we have sympathy for his story), so on and so forth. But I should also put out there that this only applies to situations in which your chances of survival is put in danger. Swindling people for money is promoting survival, but it is at the expense of others which is basically creating suffering, which goes against the first rule I stated, which is having mercy, and lessening suffering. SO basically survival when you are in danger, OR survival with society in mind..
