I rent a room weekly and my land lord just told me i had to leave because my roommates think i am not fit for there standads,they smoke weed i don't he gave me one week to leave so i left 3 days latter now he want me to pay for this week what should i do

i think that becuase you were on a weekley payment of rent and you stayed into the last week your gonna have to pay. Its the same as if you payed montly and left on the 15th but did not pay. But i really don't think that he gave you enough time and thats bull

He gave you a week because he wanted to get one more week out of your pocket. I feel as though you should pay for the three days you were there. I thought landlords had to give thirty days notice.... You are being crusified for being a good person... Good luck!!

Tell him to blow it out his arse, he threw you out, personaly if that was truely the reason you were made to leave, that is pretty much discrimination and you are better off not being around their illegal activities anyway. If they truely are doing illegal things like smoking pot why would you want to be there with them to begin with?

I would go online and check into the laws regarding tenant rights for your state. Do you have a signed agreement? He may not have a leg to stand on to get the rest of the week's rent.
