If you're not insured under that car then you probably shouldn't have been driving it in the first place. If you crash you may not be covered. Speeding tickets (at least up here) are seperate from insurance in that they don't affect your insurance premiums. So, they are basically only tied to your license and thus any insurance matter you may be concerned with is irrelevant to the courts. I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say 'that'. Are you referring to the speeding ticket or the insurance problem? If it's the former then yes you will. You will receive the fine stated on your ticket unless you fight it and win. If it's the latter then no. If you weren't issued a citation (ticket) at the scene then you should not be receiving anymore on that matter.
