Do the people who are hypnotized know what they are doing? I have seen some pretty crazy stuff at comedy clubs. Have you ever participated?

I have never participated, but know friends who have. They say that you are fully aware of what you are doing, but you have this feeling of "I don't care". Almost like you know you are making an ass of yourself, but within the context you are liberated to extend your "assness" to the extreme. To me is always sounded just like an excuse to act stupid, yet still have an "out" to not having later embarrassing moments held against you. But, like I said I have never participated so my knowledge is based on 3rd party information and my opinion.
