At times, yes. But you have to understand that they get millions of applications from people and probably only a handful get reviewed by a board of people, so I'm willing to let it go. I think they're trying to do some good out there...Unfortunately, they can't help every single person who deserves it, though. I know it seems unfair, but when dealing with something of this nature, it's really hard to decide who gets help and who doesn't.

No, I'm fortunate to have what I own. There are millions of others who need much more help than me.
