I do - A softer look and a more relaxed look

I think so. When you mature, you realise that you don't have to stress over the small things, and that many things you thought were important, were not really so. This causes you to relax and smile, and walk with a confidence you might not have had as a young women. These positive things are eyecatching.

yes, I love looking like a walnut

Not necessarily. Some 'mature people' are bitter and nasty. Nothing uglier than regret.
-
Not really. And I think too much maturity can be a bad thing. It can lead to being uptight, joyless, overloaded. And none of those things is going to bring out any hidden beauty. Quite the opposite.

Yes cause it shows your true inner beauty.

Yes of course it does.

If your definition of 'beauty' is that you are a gorgeous looking person, then maturity can certainly enhance that (Sophia Loren, Susan Sarandon are examples). But, as someone else has said here, bitterness, regret, depression, disappointment, ill health, smoking etc...can make even the most beautiful person look awful. If your definition of beauty includes radiance, relaxed countenance, joy, peacefulness, etc. then it is indeed possible for a mature person, otherwise not physically attractive, to be incredibly beautiful!
