The number for the one line in Britsh Gas that they answer. The real number as opposed to the 30 other ones that their sales computers use (to call people up, over and over and over and over again, day in, day out, leaving the same sodding recorded message asking you to call back. 25 calls a day at one point - no f**cker on the end of the phone number that is to be called - because it is the REDIAL CUSTOMER QUEUE that you are in and when you can take no more, you send a email and they reply on the f**cking phone! The message says "oops, sorry. It was glitch is the call centre software. We've corrected it now but need you to CALL us to confirm it". What a shower of shit they really are.
