You can make a decent living off being a web master and stuff like that, but it has to be something that you like to do. Otherwise, the money really won't matter. It is a very specialized thing.

I know many graphic artists and they all say that it's a highly competitive field, the most difficult thing about being a graphic artist is getting people to pay you for your work. One friend of mine says that the market is so bad here, that he's moving back to his hometown where he knows he can find a job. If your a graphic artist, your a starving artist.
