Help answer this question below.

I was prescribed methadone, but became addicted to it. I have not taken any for a few months am feeling the effects of the withdrawal. How long will the withdrawal last?

    I was on 150mg for 8 months and it took 9 months before I felt 100%.
    What helped me get through the mental part was going to NA meetings and outpatient therapy. The physical part (aches in my legs) lasted the longest. Good Luck and stay connected to your higher power.
