If only Noah and his family surived the flood, how come we have many different races, and did his family repopulate the earth by incest?

It doesn't matter what you believe is the way the world was populated with humans. In all scenarios their would have had to have been incest or at the very least very close relatives breeding. I don't think that humans spontaneously started popping our all over the earth. They must have begun some where and spread out from there. If they were to remain human then inter breeding would have been necessary. As to the differences in so called races, they are really only skin deep and can be explained by cultural preferences, geography, and climate.

It is because Noah and his family were not survived the flood.The flood only covered a few hundred square miles.Scientist have proven that.Very few people in the world were affected by it and that is why there is many races.

Yes, that would be the logical consequence of the Christian myth of Noah. But logic and first-century dogma rarely go well together. And there's a precedent. Adam and Eve's children also must have committed incest in order to produce the next generation.
