  • If you don't want to stop exercising, you could try doing low-impact activities until your back is better. For example, work out in the pool, the water will cushion the impact. Yoga and Tai Chi can be good alternatives to your usual routine. Always warm up slowly and completely before exercising, and drink plenty of water.
  • If you have a back problem you shoud go easy. Then find out if in fact you are streching properly. Most problems like this are from lack of streching.
