  • I do. I use it for making soap. It's much easier to have the soap trace (become thick like pudding) when you use an immersion blender as opposed to stiring it by hand. Most soaps will trace in about 5 minutes, as compared to 45 or more. I tried to use it when cooking for a while, but it never really managed to do what I wanted it to - too messy and weak to mix mashed potatoes or squash, never really got the lumps out of gravy - so I gave up on that and just got myself a blender.
  • I use it mostly for pureeing soup. I have a Braun handheld model that I love. It cleans up very easily. It is so much easier than pureeing hot soup in a shelf blender in batches. I also use it for milkshakes, smoothies and health-type shakes.
  • I love mine. I use it fro makijg soups or for some smooth sauces, even gravies. I can make milkshakes with it. It's so easy to clean!
