My favorite in this order: Scrambled with sharp grated cheese . Poached "As in Eggs Benedict" In an omlet with all sorts of goodies added. Fried "Medium" very slightly soft, but not too runny. Boiled , sliced ,"Medium" not too hard, with Lawry's Seasoning salt and black pepper.

Scrambled with a little chopped onion, sliced hot dogs, and a good handful of shredded cheddar cheese! Although I really like Deviled Eggs... ^_^

Poached with Hollandaise sauce. I believe it's called eggs Benedict.

I cook the bacon first, and then used the bacon grease to spoon over the top of the yoke, while holding the pan at a tilt. The more you spoon the grease, the harder the yoke. Salt & pepper first after cracking into your frying pan, to your own preference of course, before spooning grease. It makes them hot and yummy, right out of your frying pan. Naturally you already prepared your fried potatoes as you like them, while dropping in your toast just as your finishing up the eggs. Sit down and eat,.... you'll love this breakfast!

I like them scrambled with finely grated sharp cheese added. As I beat/scramble the eggs , I add just a bit of sour cream. It gives the eggs a delicious taste and better texture and makes them lighter. I also take my time and I cook them over a low burner ..... NEVER higher than that !! They are SO good !!!
