I like Cholula and Tapatio for Mexican and Tex-Mex. Texas Pete for general hot sauce use. Cholula is my absolute *top* favorite, though.
-
My current fave is Tabasco's Smoked Chipotle. I like Frank's Red Hot for general use, too. For oriental stuff, I like Sriracha. I'll try just about any hot sauce, though! I was in SC last week and bought a local one called Habanero Hell. Haven't tried it yet. Both hubby and I like hot sauces, and we have about 20 different types right now.
-
Tapatio. I use it on everything. I even carry packets of it with me if restaurant only has tabasco or Cholula....
-
Huy Fong Srirahca - The one with the rooster on it.
-
Crystal. On everything.
-
My favourite hot sauce is the one which I make from the very hot chocolate habanero.
-
Tobasco. Cool name too :)
-
Extra hot tobasco sauce. Its not the hottest but imo it has the best taste!
-
The kind I make.
-
I don't like hot sauce...
-
It's the name...a hot sauce called :"Smack my ass and call me Sally".
-
For everyday use I like Crystal brand Louisiana hot sauce. I also like Salsa Huichol hot sauce. It's made from chiles that grow in Nayar Huichol Mountains of Mexico. I don't care for regular Tabasco, but like the jalapeno one. And when I feel like throwing it together I really, really, really like harissa, which is an Arabic hot sauce.
-
I usually buy a brand called Tapatio hot sauce. I will also use Tabasco. For wings I like to use my homemade wing sauce with lime juice, black pepper, fresh garlic, hot sauce, and butter. If you are brave you can try the Budweiser Wing Sauce- that stuff is fiery!

Sriracha is available at most grocery stores - it is absolutely the BEST on the market, it's hot, sort of sweet and totally rocks.
-
Nothing beats Sriracha for FLAVOR and heat. It's so versatile. Yes, it's Asian but it goes great in Mexican food and in tacos, on eggs and salad dressings, steak sauce. I love it!
-

Your standard Tabasco is good for everyday use, but I have three sauces on hand for when I want a bit more kick: Blair's Wasabi and Green Tea (one of their Q Heat line), which is excellent on fish Y2K Millenium Meltdown, a nice (and fairly mild) green jalapeno-based sauce Professor Phartpounder's Colon Cleaner, a chipotle-based sauce

Fire Sauce from Taco Bell. Not only is it tasty. But I save the packets for over aged trick or treaters on Halloween.
-
Tabasco hot sauce is a good one, you can use it on clamatos, chips, burritos...
-
...Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce..by Huy Fong Foods, Inc.. It has a rooster on the bottle...absolutely, a "hands down" hot sauce!

-
Yes..Frank's.
-
Yes tabasco and louisiana hotsauce are my favorites.
-
I like hot sauce, but now I use red pepper flakes. They provide the heat without changing the taste of the food. But there are some things, like Bloody Marys, that can't go without Tabasco.
-
Ohhhhhhh, yes. There's one called Alien Anal Probe that is really good, and Blair's has a wasabi sauce that is absolutely OUTSTANDING as a tartar sauce replacement on fried fish.
