I pay as much as I can afford to that month, depending on what other expenses I have. It is ALWAYS more than the minimum payment, but I definitely don't pay it off each month. Wouldn't that be nice!

I pay them off every month. I refuse to pay outrageous interest charges.

I pay more than the minimum amount, but don't pay it entirely. Wish I could.

I always pay over the top of the minimum payment or you wont notice youv paid it will all go in interest. But i normally have some think and pay it off in two hits,so i only have what i know i can afford to pay back.

The vast majority of credit card holders only pay the minimum each month. enough just to keep their credit score above water. I pay cash for everything. Credit cards are dangerous for people who cannot manage or curtail their spending habits. I have one that i only use in an emergency. then i pay the balance in full, when due.

I used to max out and now I am bankrupt and have no credit cards.

I pay off the entire amount every month, no matter what. Don't hate me for it.
-
I pay them when I use them. If I use my card on Monday, it's paid by Wednesday or Thursday, whenever I can check on my balance online.
-
I pay them off every month cant stand the thought of the bank earning extra money off me.

I only have one, and I pay it in full each month.

I just paid off all my CC and shredded them. I lived of 4 years with out debt and want to do it again for the rest of my life! I lived off of 500.00 on a debit card once the money was gone my spending was done. Other than my mattress I was buying a bunch of stuff that I didn't need, just wanted. FYI...If you have a CC limit of 1,000 and are at or over 500 you are maxed out! That is what creditors look at.

I always pay mine in full and on time. The most I've ever paid was $3,287. (I bought a DSLR and accessories as well as traveling halfway across the country twice. Flights, gas, hotels, meals out, rental car, etc. really adds up!) I've managed to stay out of trouble by spending on what I'd otherwise pay cash for and making sure that I have the money in my account. I have an emergency fund and save up for major purchases before I make them on my card (extended warranty protection is nice). I could survive without credit, but I'd prefer to have it. I'm too cheap to pay interest, annual fees (even if it's "only $2.50 per month"), etc. I also like having a month or two of "float" time to be making interest on my bank account as well as a little bit of cash back from the credit card.

I pay the minimum, my cards are both maxed to the full, kids are expensive, and likely my wife started working from maternity leave today, so we will settle them in no time.
