Is it ever possible to domesticate a tiger to become a personal pet? If yes, what should be its intake of which certain meats to prevent it from hunting its owner?

Big cats CAN be domesticated to an extent, ie they can become used to human company, but they remain wild animals, and so are unpredictable. ALso, because of their sheer size and weight, the amount of damage they can do if they are peeved, is much more than your housecat. That is why humans usually did not try to domesticate large predators, instead concentrating on smaller ones such as dogs and cats, and on herbivores, which are less dangerous and do not live inside.
