Healthiest : Fajitas (it's the only thing I had eaten before I read this question: Non-Healthiest: The ice-cream I went and got myself after reading, but before answering this question. There is something about the word "sugar" that makes me crave it!

I had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. At lunch , I had baked chicken , steamed veggies and a BIG OLD HUNK OF LEMON PIE for dessert. Oh well.. It was really good anyway.

I ate an egg cheese and sausage burrito for breakfast, oatmeal cookies for lunch and chili Frito's for supper. I had some unhealthy food today.

I had eggs, sausage and sourdough toast for breakfast. Not much sugar there. I had whole grain tortillas with cheese for lunch. And Broccoli soup for dinner. Had some ice cream after dinner, there's my sugar fix for the day.
