  • I don't believe it does go into a panic mode and turns your food into fat. Who told you that?!? It would depend entirely on how long since you ate, your body fat, metabolism and what you ate when you began eating. I wouldn't worry about this happening. It doesn't make any sense to me at all.

  • iron, veggies, healthy proteins like beans. believe me I used to have to fast once a month.
