Both name exist and should be used. Maybe the combination is unusual. I do not think that they are going to call her so all the time, but use a nickname. I find Electra pretty, I had never heard of Tadem before, but there must be a reference. The only problem I see, if a child have two very unusual names, maybe she likes none of them. With one of both usual, she could herself decide to use it later. The name evoques for me Carmen Electra, and I find it is a good actress.

I think Electra sounds like a stripper name anyway, regardless of what it's paired with. Tadem seems fine to me.

Let this woman name her kid whatever she likes. After all, she will be screaming this name for 18 or more years.
