I don't think it does in any organized way like the Illuminati or any other NWO theory. I do believe that there is a power base of loosely associated businessmen and political leaders who have moderate influence on some issues.

Governments are filled with self-absorbed egotists. It is impossible for them to organize to the degree necessary to have a world-wide long-term plan. Order, however, evolves from Chaos as a natural process- not from Design. Over time we just might have a one-world government; but what it might be like no one can foresee, and no one has planned out.

i think there could be and if there is you have to look at the vatican as they are the longest running orgnaization and they have been telling people what to do and believe in for many many years also there words are on are money and they control the courts. i also think if they are real that this year 2008 is an important year as china will become the main ecomonic country and the catholic church is not as powerful over there (key word being as, they still have power over there). i would also look at british government to be envolved as some how they always seem to attach themsevles to the top dog (the uk have recently spoken to china about increasing trade between the two countries which was a success). i myself am from the uk and i found it strange that Tony Blair last year after resigning as prime minister went and became a member of the catholic church. plus the UK did rule the world before so you could ask did they really give it back or just decide to rule in other ways with other people i.e. the vatican and the US. i think if there in the US there the people behind bush ofcourse not bush he's to stupid but the people who choose that bush should be president (the people who rigged the vote in florida. im sure you's all know about the fox network scam if not look it up). it just seems that if you look closely to all major events it seems you can link it to one of these groups. I think so, its pretty open and looks to be a long process. According to the former Mexican president Vicente Fox he predicts a NAFTA that works similar to the EU. A much stronger African Union and ACD, eventually they will all combine together (probably before their all formed) into a one world union governed by the four state unions. And according to the Kardashev scale we will finally be a Type 1 civilization. Its not much of a conspiracy anymore, its just how mankind evolves. In an enlightened period as today we need a form of government that can match how we live in the digital age.

many are of the opinion that we need a one world government in light of the problems we have in the world. supposedly this new world order was formed for this same reason. however, they will fail. these individuals after all are only human. no more no less than all the rest of the humans that have tried to rule man to man's distress. what is needed is superhuman strength and wisdom.

yes we are current being merged into 3 superstates the european union being the one that I live in there is one that incorporates the americas and an asia pacific one all countries will cease to have control which is handed to a central governing group in brussels for the european union.laws have already been rewritten and passed to suit this governments rule over us our governments are just the tools for this transformation to occur.
