Stress reaks havok on our bodies, typically manifested in weight loss or gain (ever hear the best diet is a break up - classic exapmle). Most people either tend to over eat or lose appetite and have weight issues there but since you say you are eating normal... Make sure not only are you eating the same amounts as before make sure your food choices maximize your nutrition content, along with multi vitamin may be required. Our body handles metabolism and nutrient absorption differnetly based on the hormones circulation with in. stress screws with all our hormone leves. If this is a stress you can avoid such as problems at work, take some time off, avoid the stressor and see if your body returns to normal. if its a stress you cant get away from, a losed love one, you need to find a way to cope mentally with it. our bodies can funtion in a stressed state for only so long before things begin to shut down. you need to find a way to cope with the stress and move forward in your life. if the weight loss continues and is significant (> 10lbs in a month) see your physician as they may need to put you on a regimented diet or a med to stabilize your hormone levels until you do deal with things and allow your body to return to a healthy state. dont be fooled the only time a person is ever truely stress free is when they are dead, every thing we do in life, even breathing, is a stressor to our system, some are bad, some are good and some are neutral, but our body needs to deal with it and move on, and it sounds like yours is struggling.

stop worrying so much. haha yes i know easier said than done but realize the more you worry, most likely the less you are doing something about it. continue eating normally...take a breath...and take things moment by moment...day by day. and with your stress...whether its related to school, work, family, love, relationships, or life in general try to lighten your load where you can...and seriously take some time out for you....calm your mind and your body will follow. takecare.

Exercise not only lessens stress but helps you loose weight.

Stress is bad... but often people have a high-stress time where they tend to have more stress then normal. If this is short-term there won't be any long-term effects, you will gain the weight back, and things will go back to normal and I wouldn't worry. If it keeps getting worse... then you have problems... I wouldn't know how to fix them I have them too...
