  • Could you be pregnant?
  • i am wondering if you are pregnant or if you have switched birth control methods recently? either one of those could throw your hormones for a loop!
  • You could be having PMDD, or Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder. Check out this website: http://understandpmdd.com/pmdd/index.jsp Or you could possibly be pregnant. Take a home test to be sure, but I would say you are probably just having an extreme period, noticable pregnancy-like symptoms are very unlikely to start so early in a pregnancy.
  • They may just be symptoms of PMS that you don't normally experience, or you may be ill. Are you diabetic? Do you experience any hypoglycemic spells? Are you anemic? Lots of things can make you feel fatigued, and excess fatigue usually makes one feel moody, so that's not abnormal. Do you have allergies? That's another likely culprit. It's really best to see your doctor, rule out pregnancy, and have some tests done to see if a good cause for these symptoms can be found. Good luck!
  • I with you on that and have been trying diff. remedies. But they don't work the same every month. When I think I have found something that works, it might work 2 times, then the next time it won't. It's ever changing and it is reeking havoc on my career, marriage, and all relationships. sorry this really didn't give you an answer. but you can try these: hormonal creams, herbs, expensive vitamins, exercise, no alcohol, no smoking, no drugs, plenty of sleep, positive thoughts.
