Tony Chachere's cajun seasoning. I use this stuff every day in so many things. Gets kindof salty/spicy if I use too much though.

I might overuse ginger - especially fresh. I get in a rut occasionally with the same spices (especially rosemary, marjoram, oregano and thyme). I consider garlic a vegetable and, therefore, have no problems with overuse as a spice, really :) Besides, everybody in the house *likes* garlic.

cinnamon.. mmmm i excessively dump the stuff in every kind of dessert i make. for some reason i just feel like you can never get enough.

Fennel and cumin and coriander and tumeric (the yellow is really hard to get off too) and sweet chilli sauce.

I admit to putting chili powder in everything. Not actual pepper powder but the stuff you would add to meat and beans to make chili. It just makes everything taste so yummy!
