That's why I don't believe in God, nothing to quarrel over. =)

I think it's ok to say how you belief, and if someone has a contradictive question it's best just to leave it alone. With some people, I'm finding out that you cannot convince them so it's best left alone. I believe God will reveal himself in due time.

Yes I do , I think everyone has a right to their own beliefs. I regret to say that this does not seem to be the opinion of a large group of people on AB

I think it is fine and healthy to quarrel. Not to fight and hate, but definitely to quarrel. If you are able to mount a passionate defense/offense, you are probably not that secure in your opinion.
-
Yes. I do not feel the need to defend my beliefs just as I do not feel the need to put down the beliefs of others. People have reasons for believing as they do, and because I happen not to agree with theirs, it does not invalidate them.

What a good question !!! I agree with you.We should be tolerant and give love to each other, not quarrels.
-
Quarrels yes, but I don't see anything wrong with explaining to someone about your beliefs and having an intellegent discussion.
-
yes, i think so. religion is a very emotive subject which can provoke angry reactions from people you'd otherwise get on well with. everyone is, of course, entitled to their own beliefs as long as those beliefs aren't actively hurting or insulting others. It's a waste of energy i think. good, and interesting, question by the way.

I answered one question with..."Faith, either you have it or you don't." I believe in God and got slammed really bad. So now I answer and will unsubscribed just as soon as someone comes on wanting to debate my faith. I believe....period.
