It's all about practice. You need to have your throat well lubed with saliva, timing with breathing, deep breath in, hold, insert, let the penis out, let the breath out. Relaxing the throat is the biggest obstacle to get over and it takes time and practice. The gag reflex is a powerful one. I think it's a natural one. Also the angle. If a man's cock is really hard you must have a straight shot if he's semi hard it's easier. She has to practice a bit alone with a dildo. That way she can experiment without you.
