Cats are creatures of habits and territories. Many cats do not like to move, you interrupt their sense of place in the world. She will continue to wake you up in the middle of the night "complaining" that you have taken her home away. She is not actually in heat she is "yowling" to show displeasure/discomfort etc. Cats are nocturnal (night dwellers) and are most active when we sleep. That is when she is going to most miss familiar territory. Give it time, and lots of love - eventually she will settle in and claim the new territory as her own. However there is a small chance that she is ill in some physical way. Thus a visit to the vet for a checkup is a good idea to remove any doubt of any physical issues.

Everything Athrael said is right. Two other things... Cats are extremely territorial, and if another cat lived in your new residence previously, she may be smelling that cat, and feel stressed. You can try having the carpets cleaned, particularly if there are specific places she is complaining about. You could also try confining her a bit, and gradually letting her expand her territory. Letting a cat get used to a new home gradually helps them explore comfortably. Try to keep a place for her to hide with familiar smells and items.

your cat needs to get along with the new place.a cat thinks exactly like us:it might be woried, stressed.give your cat some time to get along with the new territory and soon it will forget all about the new place.

I agree with Athrael They also make a product that smells like facial pheromones to a cat. That is calming. http://www.petsmart.com/search/index.jsp?kwCatId=2767033&kw=calming%20spray&origkw=calming%20spray&sr=1 has a few.
