  • Yes. With a waiting period to check the person out well, which not all states have as a law. Not selling guns legally will just make people, especially the wrong people, just go buy them for more money from some arms seller. At least selling them legally makes some people not able to get them, or change their minds.
  • Yes!!! It is our second amendment right. If a person wants a gun, there going to get it,leagally or not. unfortunately illeagally is cheeper.
  • yeah, they should be hard to get, but they should be available.. We have to jump through hoops to get a drivers license, I feel a similar process should be in place for guns.
  • Yeah I do. I'm not going to invoke the second amendment here, because it doesn't really allow for the ownership of guns, rather the right to form a militia. What I'm basing it off of is that attempting to take them away from people doesn't do anything. Example: Washington D.C. has had a law stating that you can't have a gun in the city. It hasn't been allowed for thirty years, but the gun crime rate has continued to go up. A lot. Apparently, law abiding citizens couldn't defend themselves from those criminals with guns. That's why guns are going to be made legal in D.C. again.
  • Yes. An armed society is a polite society.
  • In theory, no. But it's too late now. I do think that the process should be much more regulated than it is.
